In Locarno, there is a wide and diversified offering of both residential and commercial properties. The City has recently decided to redevelop an important area of land (40,000 m2), by developing a new urban planning concept for the creation of an eco-sustainable district intended for mixed uses with a technological park dedicated to mechatronics. The area is located in an advantageous position with respect to the city centre and the lake shore. The project aims to further expand the city's offering of quality residential properties.
